The place is nice, and has everything I need, including free wi-fi, air conditioning, a lovely outdoor dining area, and express check-in. During my first stay, the staff helped me find my way, which I fondly remember. I highly recommend enjoying breakfast there, as it's a wonderful treat! I'm coming back for xmas.

The breakfast is savoury, the room is a nice size with balconies facing the back of the house. There are lots of supplies like: a plasma TV set, a patio, and coffee. The location is comfortable and they have parking nearby.

The shared bathroom situation was less than ideal, as I often found myself waiting for access during peak times. The noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive, especially when families with small children stayed. It became difficult to find a peaceful moment to rest or enjoy the ambiance.

The breakfast in the garden is healthy and savoury with the home-made jam, the marvellous cream plus great coffee. Make sure to get queen room with balconies facing the back of the house, bathroom plus very nice view.

The Double Room with Private Bathroom was spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was just the right firmness, perfect for a good night's sleep after long days of exploring Florence.
